Signyl / Business context

Work that knows the business behind it

Products, customers, offers, brand choices and past results belong in the same account of your business.

The relationships matter

A product specification means more when it is connected to the offer, the customer question and the campaign using it. A brand rule matters when the writer can see which claim it governs.

Signyl's business context connects those records with the source behind them. Use what you already know without repeating the whole brief.

From the fictional DAYFORM example

A fact is not the same as a belief

Product fact
The authored backpack specification says water-resistant fabric.
Claim boundary
The campaign must not turn that into a promise that the bag is waterproof.
Audience hypothesis
A commuter may care about protecting a laptop in a light shower. That needs customer evidence; it does not follow automatically from the product fact.
Work affected
The ad, product page and answer to a search question use the same checked product claim.

Keep the source within reach

See what you supplied, what a connected account reported and what Signyl inferred. Dates, source versions and uncertainty affect whether it is appropriate to use.

Customer interviews and documents can suggest new facts or relationships. Review proposed interpretations separately from approved claims, with conflicting sources kept visible.

Correct the record

Products change. Research becomes stale. Two accounts can disagree. Correct a fact and keep the earlier version available, so a past decision can still be understood.

The work that used the old information may need to be revisited. A new fact is a reason to inspect that work, not permission to alter a live campaign without its required authority.

Learning and revision ↗

One organization can hold several brands

Some knowledge may be shared deliberately; some belongs only to a brand or workspace. Access controls apply to the relationship as well as the individual document.

Context does not authorize itself. A fact about an account is not a credential for that account, and a conversation about another client does not grant access to that client's records.
