Signyl / Security and control
Control access, action and data
Choose who works on each brand, which accounts Signyl can use and what it may do on your behalf.
Keep each business in its own workspace
Your brands, conversations, files and connected resources belong to their assigned workspace. Give teammates the access they need without opening every account you manage.
Use roles to separate ownership, day-to-day work and viewing access. Remove a membership when someone's work with the business ends.
Set the boundaries for the work
People
Control membership and roles. Optional support works through delegated access that you can remove.
Connections
Select the store, ad account, property or tool for the assignment. Review additional permissions when a connection adds new actions.
Approvals
Review the exact change, destination and budget. An approval applies to the action you reviewed. Future changes need their own authority.
Connect accounts without sharing keys in chat
Use the account connection flow to authorize a service. Signyl keeps provider credentials in protected server-side storage and gives the work permission to use approved operations, not the underlying keys.
You do not need to paste passwords or API secrets into a conversation. See and manage the connection separately from the campaign files it produces.
Understand how your information is used
Signyl uses authorized task inputs with the model and service providers needed for the assignment. Connected services also have their own data-handling terms.
Review the privacy policy and applicable service terms for retention, deletion and processing details. Only add material you have permission to use.
Privacy policy ↗Change your mind about access
Pause or revoke connections, remove teammates and end delegated support access. If a provider needs an additional revocation step in its own settings, Signyl shows you what remains.
Keep a record of the work and use the available export and deletion controls. Licensed source material and records subject to legal retention remain governed by their applicable terms.
