Signyl / Organizations
Put Signyl to work across your organization
Give teams a shared way to do the work, with clear boundaries between brands, accounts and the people authorized to act.
Make it useful to the people doing the work
Establish the context
Bring in approved brand materials, customer knowledge and existing work. Decide what belongs to one brand and what can be shared.
Set the authority
Define who can request work, connect accounts, approve content and authorize spending. A shared workspace should not mean unrestricted access.
Start with real assignments
Choose work the team already needs to complete. Evaluate the result, the effort required to use it and the places where the workflow needs to improve.
Optional support
An Embedded Marketer
Someone to help translate your goals into the product: establish initial brand context, configure permitted workflows, organize rollout and help your team use Signyl well.
Agree the scope, support capacity and commercial terms for the rollout. Add hands-on help where it is useful without making it a requirement for using the software.
Your team retains control. Access is scoped and revocable, and an Embedded Marketer cannot unilaterally approve your content or spending. You can end the engagement and continue operating Signyl.
Bring the requirements that matter
Tell us about your teams, brands, account systems and procurement requirements. We will distinguish what the product supports from what would need a separately agreed implementation.
Discuss identity, deployment, data residency and support requirements with us so the agreement reflects what your organization actually needs.
