Your marketing record
Build a marketing record you can keep
The knowledge, assets, decisions and results accumulated for your business remain available to you.
A new person should not mean a fresh start
The next person working on your marketing needs to understand the choices already made: which offer was rejected, why the voice changed and whether a promising idea was ever tested.
That context belongs to the authorized workspace. Keep that understanding when the team changes, while managing each person's access separately.
Keep the files and their meaning
Working documents and assets
Readable briefs and decisions, exported deliverables and available editable sources. File type and editability are explicit.
Structured records
Machine-readable records preserve identities, versions and relationships between work, approvals, receipts and results.
Sources and limits
References retain provenance and rights information. A licensed source may be exportable as a reference without permission to redistribute its underlying material.
Transfer the record without transferring access
An import can preserve the history of a business without pretending that history originated in its new workspace. Missing files remain identified as missing rather than reconstructed as evidence.
Account secrets and active permissions do not travel inside a knowledge export. The receiving organization authorizes its own connections and grants access to its own people.
Work for another client stays outside the export, even when the same agency or specialist worked on both.
Know what happens when you leave
Review the cancellation, export and retention terms before subscribing. Keep your available files and records when you move the work to another team.
Deleting material from Signyl does not automatically remove a page already published elsewhere or revoke a provider's own authorization. Those external actions need their own confirmed outcome.
