Cross-channel intelligence
Make channels work from the same understanding
What search reveals can change an ad, a page or an email. Signyl connects those decisions instead of treating each channel as a separate brief.
One question can change several pieces of work
This conceptual handoff uses our fictional DAYFORM backpack. It shows how a customer question could inform a campaign, not an observed customer result.
- Search question
Will this bag fit the laptop I take to work?
Research identifies an uncertainty. It does not establish the answer.
- Product page
Show the compartment dimensions and a clear fit guide
Use checked product specifications, including exceptions.
- Campaign
Show the workday the bag is designed for
The creative can address the question without making a broader compatibility claim.
- Follow-up
Help the buyer choose and use the bag
Keep the same fit information in email and customer-facing material.
Agree on what the numbers mean
Revenue, a platform conversion and an attributed sale can describe different things. Signyl keeps the source, reporting window and definition attached to each measure before comparing channels.
Missing consent, delayed reports, refunds and incomplete account access affect what can be concluded. Those gaps belong beside the recommendation.
Spend against the whole plan
Allocation considers the commercial objective alongside stock, margin, creative availability and the limits you set. A cheaper click is not automatically a better use of the budget.
Candidate changes can be compared with the current plan. Their assumptions and uncertainty remain inspectable, including when a simulation informed the recommendation.
Moving money requires the right account permissions and approval. A recommendation is not an executed budget change.
Learn from an eligible comparison
A campaign, a price change and a stock shortage can all affect the same result. Signyl records what actually changed and whether the available evidence supports attribution or a causal claim.
Where it does not, the result stays descriptive. Where an eligible experiment exists, the outcome can be compared with the prediction retained before launch.
